Saw this sushi restaurant When we pulled up to the Hampton Inn nearby. What a gem! Ordered the XO roll, salmon and yellowtail and scallops nigiri. All of it was amazing. XO roll was very delicious and the tempura shrimp and jalapeños on top were incredibly light. It was not super busy when we got there and the chef kept making small add-ons and giving it to us on the house. Very friendly and welcoming and the food was top-notch. Highly recommend
We were worried it would be packed but when we got there, there was plenty of room! The waitress even gave us free tempura shrimp on the house while we waited . The food itself was unbelievably good, the salmon crunch roll was my favorite!! If you're in the area and catch them at a slow time, i highly recommend this place!!!!
Big tuna is the riverside gem! It's a cute spot and the sushi chef has been here making me the best sushi since 2011! He greets every customer it makes me feel like family walking in here. It's the people that make an environment and the love that is provided to make the sushi. The poki bowl is my go too for lunch. Tom's burrito a must try! The lava roll is epic and the Cajun seared salmon is mouth watering! Looking for quality this is the place Rivetside!
